Batumi Oil Terminal received Safety Authorization

Batumi Oil Terminal LLC, a foreign asset of KazTransOil JSC, has received safety authorization as an infrastructure manager for owners of railway access tracks.

The authorization was issued by a public legal entity — the Railway Transport Agency of Georgia — based on a Safety Management System (SMS) document developed by the Terminal.

This authorization grants the Terminal the right to manage and operate railway infrastructure, as well as to conclude agreements related to the delivery and removal of the railcars.

The document confirms the Company's compliance with the Railway Safety Regulations, including the presence of a Safety Management System that ensures the reliable operation of the railway infrastructure.

The safety authorization has been issued for a period of five years and confirms the high level of organizational and technical readiness of Batumi Oil Terminal for safe and sustainable operations.
